We had an amazing time at this place - the scenery was just as stunning as the pictures, and the game drive was a highlight for the kids. However, our checkout experience was a bit of a disaster when we realized our bags had been carelessly dumped in the dining room after we'd left them in a room.

We had a fantastic stay here - our room was lovely, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was top-notch, especially at the boma. Unfortunately, we had to miss out on the game drive due to our flight schedule, but we're looking forward to coming back and making the most of it.

The quality of the accommodation was excellent, and the complex felt totally secure. Plus, it's close to the Pilanesberg park, Sun City, and a shopping centre, so it's a great base for exploring. My only tiny suggestion would be to add a sponge with a scourer for washing dishes, but that's just a minor quibble.
