The room was spacious and comfortable, the terrace was great, and you could feel the peace. I’d come back again!

The room was very clean and beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. I liked everything.

The location was good. The bathroom made noises and was especially annoying in the mornings. The air conditioning was extreme. The receptionist who helped us in the front office was not rude but very indifferent. We didn’t like that the hotel had no parking or even a nearby parking agreement; the front desk lady couldn’t give us any cost information for the parking next to the hotel.

The facilities and location were fine. There was no hot water at any time of day, the towels and sheets were torn, the shower head didn’t work so we had to use the handheld one because the fixed one sprayed water upward; it needs maintenance as it’s deteriorating. The shower failed because it was clogged.
