Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The facilities were impeccable, with excellent beds and pillows, and the shower in the bathroom needed more care because it was rusty; otherwise I loved the items in the trousseau. The room was spacious and ideal for a couple, but the shower was the only issue.

The staff are dedicated and attentive, but the prices for meals and drinks are far too high.

The experience was absolutely amazing from the reception to the post‑stay support; the environment was cozy, beautiful, welcoming, and the staff were attentive and caring. The only thing I noticed was that the snack menu had very few options.
