The price‑quality ratio was excellent. The mattress was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and there was always water (some other hotels mentioned water shortages). Breakfast was quite filling (omelette, yogurt, a little fruit and vegetables, bread, and some tasty local bean spread). Keep in mind that breakfast starts at 8:30; if you have an early excursion you’ll need to find another place to eat. We also ordered a transfer from the airport, which arrived on time and safely brought us to the hotel. From the street it’s fairly noisy with cars that constantly honk, and sometimes dogs bark, so you can only sleep well with the balcony closed, but the air‑conditioner helps. The corridor noise is also very good, but that wasn’t critical for us because we got up early and went to bed late.

The staff were very kind, and the hotel is close to the pyramids and the great Egyptian museum, but the Giza area is somewhat sad, very dirty, with stray dogs and cats living on the streets in terrible conditions, just like many abandoned children and beggars. The area, however, reflects the whole of Giza and Cairo in general.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The best part was definitely the incredible view of the pyramids from the room. 😍 The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The guys at reception are very nice, and I especially want to mention Ahmed, who was absolutely amazing. Every time I called him, he answered and helped me with whatever I needed, always with a great attitude. Honestly, the service was 10/10. I also want to mention the cleaning lady, who was constantly making sure everything was clean and tidy, and she even brought me breakfast. You can really see that the whole team cares about their guests. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Beautiful room, great cleanliness, incredible pyramid views, and amazing staff. I would definitely stay here again!
