Arrived and was told there was no parking, so I had to park on the street. The staff was rude and even told me to cancel and find another place. I tried to cancel on the spot but couldn't. I paid for a hotel room and have the receipt, hoping to get a refund.

The hostel staff were friendly and welcoming, and I met other travelers with the same goals, which made me feel at home. The owner is a sweetheart—very helpful and caring.

The host was polite and did her best to be nice, and the bathroom was clean. But the place was packed with kids’ toys, a trampoline, a slide, and a kid yelling in the garage. The lounge had a bar, a cafeteria, and a grill, but there was barely any space to move around. I asked about the noise, and the host promised to turn off the TV and quiet the kid. Still, three people were trying to study in the rooms while a child kept making noise.
