“Awesome”
The staff were friendly and the people at the hotel were welcoming; we would stay again. Nothing was lacking—everything was awesome.
It was close to everything we needed, and very clean, but the curb appeal wasn't great.
The location was close to the Opry, and the shuttle bus to the Opry was very convenient.
The air‑conditioner in the room was very loud. The door opens to the outside, so anyone can see when you enter or leave, which is a security issue. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.
