The staff are nice. The rest, a pure construction site and then such a price, is outrageous.

The location near the fair is good. The hotel is completely under repair; everything except the rooms is disassembled. They shouldn't have a place like this open.

Despite the construction, everything fit. Well, once the renovation is finished, everything will be better.

The location is handy for the train station. It was undergoing work. Wi‑fi didn’t work, neither did the TV, there was no water in the room, only one towel, and it said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t available because of the construction.

When I arrived I thought I was in the wrong place. The lobby was in a terribly raw state of a construction site and an old elevator with a broken keypad (cables visible inside) made me choose the stairs. I ended up stuck in a small courtyard in front of a trash bin and had to call the reception to ask to be freed. In case of an emergency that would be a death trap. Despite the room amenities listed, there was NO TV, breakfast was cancelled on site because the breakfast room was under construction, see above. The hallway to the rooms also leaves much to be desired with construction and exposed cables. However, it’s surprising that the rooms are finished and actually pretty. Once the hotel is fully finished, it will surely be a beauty. The staff are very friendly but they don’t make life on a construction site more pleasant, thanks to the horrendous price and the incorrect room amenities. A discount would be appropriate. The price could be more suitable given the circumstances.
