The view was gorgeous, but the pictures on the website were wrong, there was no staff anywhere on the grounds, no breakfast was served and we couldn’t check out because nobody was there; we trudged through the pouring rain across the property at 8.30 am and it was completely deserted.

The space was really beautiful and had decent amenities. Unfortunately, the noise level was a bit of a problem.

I wouldn't recommend this place to foreigners, to be honest. We were treated like second-class citizens from the moment we walked in. We had to wait an hour for breakfast after being told what time to expect it, and when we went to pay for our stay, we were ignored while Vietnamese people got served first.

I had an amazing experience here, from the stunning view to the friendly staff, the food at the nearby restaurant was delicious, and the tea at the resort was incredibly fragrant and worth trying. I'm definitely coming back soon.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, making our stay really enjoyable. The location was also very nice. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking, and it felt a bit abandoned, maybe due to the time of year?
