The rooms are very spacious and the staff are friendly and accommodating, but the location is very remote.

Låg väldigt avsides. Exteriören var väldigt eftersatt. Varken restaurang/reception el bar var öppet och det fanns ingen restaurang i närheten. Inget av detta informerades om innan ankomst. Vi såg fram emot en mysig middag på hotellet men blev mycket besvikna. Receptionen som det står skall vara öppen dygnet runt stängde så fort vi checkade in 17.30

The castle’s location is perfect, just about 20 minutes from Potsdam’s center and close to the highway. The castle itself sits in a small park. The hotel offers a large outdoor terrace, a lovely fireplace room, a bar, and a small restaurant. The staff and owner are very friendly, and we felt comfortable very quickly. However, there is no Smart TV.
