The place was mediocre and needed some work to reach the next level; it was extremely simple and required close attention.

The location right in the backwaters was great, the hosts were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room’s layout let me enjoy a canal view from the terrace.

The manager is very helpful. He provides us with tuk-tuk and driver to our next destination. It’s really not clean enough. The bathroom was dirty: the mirror and the near support for toothbrushes has never been cleaned (see images). Also the base of the bed was really dirty (see images). Every night, at around 2-3 AM, the fishing boats live the harbor and there is a lot of noise. In addition to that, from 5:30 AM to later in the evening (9-10 PM) there are songs coming from a Hindu temple, opposite the guesthouse. The noise It’s really strong
The exterior looked nice, but the place was infested with cockroaches up to 5 cm in the bathroom and room. Loud fishing boats with roaring engines and disco‑level music started at 4 am, followed by temple chants from 5:30 am, so I never slept and left before breakfast.
