A beautiful, relaxing hotel. I loved the private beach and the pool, the breakfast was excellent and the food tasty. The downside was having to pay for basic spa facilities, which felt out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel is fantastic, but as I mentioned to the staff, it’s really the people that make it special. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, they made me feel right at home. Thanks to everyone who made my stay 200% better, and I’ll definitely return next summer.

The location is great, the staff polite, they upgraded the room free of charge, the sea is beautiful, though plastic pipes could have been hidden (adult beach area). The beach was dirty, rooms were poorly renovated, furniture was filthy, threads stuck out of the bedding, many items were painted dirty, the outdoor shower by the room was removed, not all staff work for the guest’s benefit, some are ready to lie. The beach tunnel felt even lower, a 193‑centimeter person has to bend to pass. They removed the closed spa zone, which was unusable in bad weather. Two years ago everything was better: staff, beach, rooms, etc. The hotel does not match 5‑star standards in level and price.

The location is spectacular, the suites are very comfortable, and the staff and service are outstanding. Nothing to add.
