This hotel tops everything in the area: the staff are friendly, the rooms are good, and everything is nearby. The chain in Binondo, Chaina Town, was a real pleasure to stay in. Nothing was lacking.

The front desk and lobby staff were extremely friendly. The hotel’s proximity to Fort Santiago was convenient, just a short taxi ride away. The building itself is modern, but the neighborhood is run down with many homeless around; it’s a social issue, not the hotel’s fault, yet guests should know it’s not a prestigious area.

The Mento restaurant was excellent, the food was good and the staff were amazing; the room was horrible and not what I asked for, the view was just a brick wall on a noisy, dirty Chinatown street, and I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free.
