The spot is great and the staff were super helpful, but walking through the dark hallways was a bit unsettling. Plus, the reception is on the fourth floor, so you’re a long way from the lobby.

The room smelled like mold and the ceiling leaked right onto my head when I used the bathroom. I thought the price was good, but it turned out the place isn’t family‑friendly at all—wouldn’t come back. And the cancellation fee? Just ridiculous.
