Breakfast was excellent and high quality every day, and we really appreciated it. We had to pay the full amount of our stay upon arrival, which I didn’t find very commercial. This was the first time it happened to me and I didn’t understand why. Especially since, at check‑out, other guests were queuing to pay their stay… How is it possible that we weren’t all housed under the same brand? Also, having to pay the full stay without even seeing the room— is that normal?

Since I was with my family, I would say everything was very good from morning to evening, with a beautiful quality show; nothing to say.

The pools were versatile. The lifeguards kept order well and enforced the rules. It was noisy, and sometimes the pool was even crowded. Access to the pool area was open to non‑hotel guests. Meals, especially the early ones, felt like a mess, especially with many families staying at the hotel. The food was slightly one‑dimensional compared to similar Greek resorts.

This hotel is complete in every way. Perfect for families; we did all‑inclusive and it was absolutely convenient.
