I stayed in a single room that was clean and efficient; I liked that it had a mini fridge and the shower had good water pressure. Everyone I spoke with at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area, which is nice, but it takes a 15‑20 minute walk to the old town.

The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, served to me with a friendly attitude, and that kind of experience is rare nowadays!

Sehr freundlicher Service; das Frühstück à la carte ist eine entspannte Alternative zu den sonst üblichen Buffets. Ich empfand zudem die Lage sehr angenehm, da man sich nicht im Trubel der Altstadt befindet, aber fußläufig über das wunderschöne Schloss Mirabell in 15 Min. im Zentrum ist.

The property was perfectly decorated, the room was bright with a comfortable bed, and there was a nice personal touch with some cookies and a note to walk into. The location was good and walking to local attractions was easy. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, and I had an enjoyable stay. We hadn’t realized the hotel held about 60 € on a debit or credit card per night; it didn’t affect our stay, just seemed a little steep and worth noting. There was no AC in the room, which I think would have been helpful. Both points didn’t take any shine from our stay and I would recommend it!
