The apartment sits in an optimal spot, the center is a 2‑minute walk, breakfast is at a cute bar, and the owner is very available and kind.

The place is great for getting into Chieti’s center on foot in just a few minutes. You can grab coffee without leaving the room, the fridge has several water bottles, and the bar breakfast is really good. The host was very kind, discreet and helpful. Next to the apartment is a closed street that ends in a free parking spot about 100/150 m away (via Menotti Guzzi – we could see the car from the window). When that spot was full we found another one on via Cerritelli, always available in the evenings (max 250 m from the apartment, with a staircase that goes straight to the parking on via Menotti Guzzi). The location is convenient for visiting nearby seaside towns and inland villages. The blanket needed a wash, the path to the bar is uphill and a bit steep, with steps shortening it, and the walk from the parking to the room is also steep.
