I appreciated the hotel's quiet location, just a short distance off the bustling Jackros Road, which made it an ideal choice for me to escape the chaos of Addis. The serene surroundings were a welcome respite from the city's vibrant streets. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

I had mixed feelings about my stay, as the positives were overshadowed by some significant negatives. On the one hand, I appreciated certain aspects of the hotel, but on the other hand, there were issues that detracted from my overall experience.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the room's amenities, including a non-functional TV and a faulty tea set. To make matters worse, the in-room phone was also out of order, which was quite inconvenient.

My stay was marred by several problems, starting with the unfriendly and inconsistent staff. The hotel's location was also a major drawback, and to add insult to injury, the airport pickup was delayed by a whopping hour and a half. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that the shower was broken, and the staff insisted on charging me for a breakfast that was supposedly included.
