Excellent location, just a walking distance to the lake and the markets. Very helpful staff.

The spot in the Old Quarter is spot‑on, within walking distance to a few key sights. Everyone on the team was constantly grinning and helpful, even going out of their way to put a “Happy Birthday” sign in our room for my daughter when I asked, and they handed us a tasty birthday cake at no cost. A big shout‑out to Sir David and Ma’am Ann. The room and bathroom were spotless, and coffee, tea, bottled water and other basics were restocked daily. The king‑size bed was comfy with crisp white sheets that let me sleep soundly. Breakfast, though held in a separate building, was tasty and filling. No complaints at all.

The room was right behind the lake, very central, and it’s huge just like the pictures show.

The room is centrally located, just a five‑minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s spacious and the air‑conditioning works perfectly. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Towels are replaced daily (I declined for environmental reasons) and free water bottles are provided. I have nothing to complain about.
