The location and natural surroundings are absolutely perfect, yet some of the directional signs are damaged or missing, making it difficult at times to know which way to go. Almost everything comes with an additional charge, even the games and activities for children, which is ridiculous. A 15% gratuity is already included in the price, yet you are still expected to tip extra. The restaurant is significantly overpriced, and the spa is no exception, so overall it feels like every opportunity is used to charge guests more, which really takes away from the experience.

“cadre magnifique en pleine forêt avec vue sur lac”

Bel hôtel en bois avec vue magnifique sur le lac et la forêt (surtout à l'automne), la sortie ours/castor était très bien, balades à pied en forêt sur des sentiers balisés, mais un peu cher ( hôtel comme restaurant).

The spot is gorgeous, with a stunning lake that alone makes it worth a visit! The hotel itself feels cozy and welcoming. However, the restaurant dishes don’t always live up to expectations – a real let‑down.

The place, the building, the staff, the breakfast, the restaurant, the calm, the scent of wood, and the spa all impressed me. On the downside, the equipment feels outdated, the carpet is aging, there’s no TV, and the price is still too high for what’s offered. The hotel can’t just rely on its success; it needs to improve, even though it’s pretty.

“Lieu exceptionnel mais trop élevé.”

The architecture is beautiful, and the location is tucked in the middle of nature’s beauty. The spa is very nice. The cost is steep, especially when the actual amount we paid differed greatly from the price listed in my reservation. The restaurant is also pricey for the quality of food.
