The location is excellent, close to many malls and amenities, and the staff were friendly; the rooms were clean and the buffet looked good, but we didn’t eat there because we only stayed one night to meet family; the only downside was the lack of an iron in the room.

The room sat right opposite the Nu Sentral shopping mall attached to KL Sentral Station, was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and had a TV, air‑con, kettle, coffee, and tea; the bathroom was tidy with soft towels, making it a perfect night’s stay just steps from the mall and many restaurants; check‑in was smooth with very friendly and kind staff, and I’ll happily stay here again and recommend it to others; there was nothing wrong.

I stayed here twice; the location next to the metro and shopping centre is quite good, but the room was small and the bathroom/WC tiny; the breakfast is outside in a coffee bar and isn’t worth the price.

The location is good, but there is a lot of noise from people.

The location was an extra advantage for travellers, easy access to all destinations via KL Sentral, the staff were very helpful at all times, the food was also great, and I recommend this place to others.
