What impressed me most was the genuine enthusiasm of every employee—from the smiling, polite reception at the front desk to the friendly smiles from the cleaning ladies in the corridor, everyone made us feel truly welcome. They weren't just doing their jobs; it felt like they were treating us as friends from afar. That warmth and hospitality radiated throughout the hotel, instantly erasing the fatigue of the journey, and this human touch of service is an invaluable asset that no luxurious facilities can replace. I will definitely come back next time.
