We arrived to find the accommodation completely unlike the description or photos on your platform. The entrance and parking looked abandoned and poorly maintained. Reception was utterly inadequate: no real assistance, the staff didn’t even accompany us to the room and merely pointed out the entrance. The room was accessed via a steep, old wooden staircase that was not mentioned in the listing. Inside, the situation was unacceptable: a swarm of mosquitoes that immediately bit my sister heavily; sheets infested with tiny black insects; visible spiders; overall condition far below expected standards and the photos. We reported this to the staff, who denied any responsibility, claiming they were “not responsible for the bugs,” and offered no solution. Given these serious issues—unhygienic conditions, lack of cleanliness, and safety concerns—we were forced to leave immediately.

The wandering ducks, geese, chickens and cats gave a rural, calm vibe. The room was large and tidy. We ate well, even though we arrived late. Still, a lot of work is needed to tidy up.

The bedding, breakfast and dinner were good, and the owner and her son were kind. The toilet and bathroom were not clean (doors, walls, and shower grout need to be changed due to mold), and the small white trash cans were dirty except for the bedding, which was very good. The staircase to the room is not very practical, almost dangerous because the steps are very high; it’s better to hold the railing. Still, the welcome was very good.
