The accommodation is actually a student housing, not a guest house, and there is no security. I got rained on and the place smells bad, located in the worst part of Gqeberha.

The neighborhood is nice, the house is pleasant and the staff are friendly, yet there is no TV, which was inconvenient because I didn't know there wouldn't be one; staying a few days would feel depressing.

No service at all – I had to assist myself and there was no professionalism; I called all day and ended up waiting outside the BnB for more than an hour.
