The hotel's location was one of its standout features, with the river nearby and several good restaurants within walking distance.
The cleanliness of the room and facilities was impressive.
The hotel offered good value for the money we paid.

“It’s ok for no frill place to sleep. And reasonable.”
Convenient. We’ve stayed there a few times. A no frills place to sleep after visiting family nearby. Couldn’t shower because water fluctuated wildly between cold & very hot. no in between. Let it run for a while but no consistency in temperature. Ended up standing on edge of shower & washing with washcloth. And no tv remote. they brought 2 before one worked
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The hotel was close to our event site, but it was the first time I'd stayed somewhere that didn't provide any shampoo, conditioner, or Kleenex.
Nothing. It was dirty, smelly, the plumbing sucks, the woman at the counter took something I said out of context and then yelled at me and threatened me instead of listening to my concern… The office feels like a prison with a stupid plexiglass wall—everything echoes and there is no privacy when you speak to the person about your situation.

I liked that there wasn’t a deductible. The staff harassed us about which room we were in, basically accused us of lying, and kept knocking on our door for no reason other than to check who was inside.
