The personalized service and good restaurants stood out, yet I feel there should be a more experienced manager overseeing daily activities; most staff are young and lack leadership.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, thanks to its breathtaking grounds, exceptional kids club, and immaculate rooms. The staff was truly spectacular, and I loved the beautiful pool and the fact that the beach was so kid-friendly, perfect for boogie boarding and family fun.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care my baby received during our stay - the staff truly treated her like royalty! The on-site restaurants were also a major highlight, offering a great variety of options to choose from. My personal standout was Lucca, which served up exceptional cuisine that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, our experience was fantastic, with the kid-friendly amenities and top-notch dining really making it shine.
