Ms. Simonetta was incredibly kind and offered us a free room upgrade because there were no other guests that night. The bathroom and terrace were lovely, and the fridge in the room worked properly. I would suggest changing the room lighting from the current cool white to a warmer tone.

The coffee pods in the kitchen were good, and having cutlery, cups, and plates available was convenient. The room temperature was fine, maybe a touch too warm. We appreciated receiving links to partner restaurants offering a 10 % discount. We would have liked additional items such as chocolate, cookies, crackers, or similar. The air‑conditioner operation was explained, but I’m not sure I fully understood it, perhaps due to my own limitation.

The stay was great, the owner was very helpful and friendly, and street parking was available and free. Unfortunately, the room shared a boiler with two other B&B rooms, and the morning when everyone started showering, the boiler couldn’t supply enough hot water. That was the only mishap.

The room was clean and close to the historic center. Simonetta is friendly, courteous, and very helpful.
