Albergo Hofer is located 20 minutes' walk from Bolzano town centre and 2 km from the Bolzano Sud A22 motorway exit. The hotel offers en-suite rooms with free Wi-Fi, tiled floors, TVs, and some with air conditioning. On-site parking and a sweet and savoury breakfast are provided. A restaurant serves Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities. The hotel is next to a bicycle track and a bus stop.

Very centrally located. The breakfast was one-sided, the same every day with no fruit or vegetables, and the morning was very loud because of many contractors.

There was a digital guest card for public transport, and the breakfast was acceptable by Italian standards.

The staff were very friendly, and we could have dinner at the hotel restaurant at good prices. The dining room had to be cleared after dinner until 20:30, and the triple room only had a small folding table and a camping chair, so there was nothing comfortable to relax in.
