The location and caretakers were good, but traveling with two families and two kids, we were disappointed because the AC never worked properly even when set to 16 °C, there were no fans, the room had a constant unpleasant odor, the bathroom was in poor condition with water clogging in the toilet area that forced us to stand in dirty water, the commode was not cleaned and was unhygienic, the caretakers were polite and helpful and the thali food was good, but breakfast came on paper plates which felt below expectations, drinking water was not included in the package, and overall the poor room and bathroom maintenance made me not recommend this property for families, especially those traveling with children.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. I'm not even sure where to begin. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the room was a tiny, cramped space that felt like a prison cell.

What really stood out about this place was the warm hospitality of the host couple - they were super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was a major letdown.

I was really impressed by the beautiful surroundings and delicious food at this resort. The staff were also super helpful and cooperative, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I'd definitely recommend this place. Just be aware that the road leading up to it is a bit rough.
