The facilities and location were very good, and the front‑desk lady Azahara was friendly and helpful; we asked her a question and she gave us a full tourist guide, so we didn’t need to go to the information point. I can’t find anything negative.

Good location near points of interest. Excellent value for money. Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many thanks especially to Silvia for showing us where to go and helping us with everything we needed; she made us feel at home.

The hotel sits in a nice spot and the courtyard‑style building has several rooms around an interior patio, making it a decent place for a night’s stop‑over. Unfortunately, the neighboring room threw a party after midnight and kept the noise up until 7 am, forcing us to ask them to quiet down; the family occupying several rooms was quite rude and we barely got any rest.

A decent hotel for a night and to see Trujillo. Beautiful, central building. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and pleasant. Terrace with table and chairs. The room had little light (needed a phone flashlight to see inside the wardrobe), the wardrobe was tiny, the air‑conditioning was weak (the street was 40 °C), the pillow was very thin, there were few outlets, and someone was almost never at reception.
