The beds were great, the room was large and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The owners were personal, and the artwork on the walls was lovely. The only downside was that there was no hair dryer; there was only a flat iron.

We received a warm, personal welcome from the owner, who was very pleasant and explained the hotel. Breakfast was served at our table, varied, and included plenty of local products. The beds were very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and fresh. It was just a few minutes’ walk to the cozy harbor in Lynæs, where several restaurants were open. Free parking right outside the hotel and a terrace attached to the second‑floor room were positives.

The hotel sits in a beautiful location and offers plenty of old‑world and artistic charm. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts were great. Everything was perfect.

The interior of the hotel far outshines its exterior! The breakfast was fantastic – truly sublime. The dining room is gorgeous, decorated with beautiful paintings by Arne Haugen Sørensen, creating a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the first impression outside was disappointing, with many wilted plant pots and weeds in the courtyard.
