“Gross! Pass this place if you have any self dignity!”

The hotel sits conveniently right off the freeway, but my reservation didn’t work; they claimed the room I booked wasn’t available, so I had to change rooms, which smelled terribly of pets—my daughter and I are allergic to dogs and cats, yet we managed to get through the night. In the morning, they advertised a hot breakfast, so we checked it out, only to be met by an older male employee or owner who glanced at us while handling a delivery order and gave us a dirty look, with no proper greeting like “Good Morning.” Inside the lobby, we found four sausage links that looked 80 years old and soupy scrambled eggs. I’ll never stay here again as long as I live!

“So comfortable to stay here. We dig it.”

Angelica is perfect—she has every quality you’d want in hospitality. We’ve had bad experiences with major hotel chains before, so she’s the main reason we keep coming back. The pool and spa area are always flawless. Other staff members aren’t as friendly or upbeat as Angelica, and the pillows are too small, hard, and uncomfortable 😕

“Left and went to a different hotel”

Parking was right at the door. The pool was small, but no one else was there so it was nice. Maybe could've fit 2 or 3 more families. Cigarette smell in room 116 Malfunctioning smoke detector in room 117 Hotel didn't do anything at first, took an hour and three different times it went off randomly for them to suggest removing the batteries for the night. Next idea was take the one from another room and use it for us, leaving the other room without a smoke detector. Manager told me it was my fault for having problems from the beginning with room 116. And said she wouldn't do anything for me because I booked thru a third party agency and I should stay because I'm being problematic about the safety of my kids. I left after that conversation at 915 pm and got a different hotel for my 2 and 7 year old, wife and myself to stay at

“Excellent. I would stay here again.”

The stay was excellent. The room, the location and the breakfast was excellent. My expectations were met and then some. Most important was the air conditioner was in top working condition. I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the pool area could use a little more shading
