The receptionist, Jenina, was top notch despite the many issues we ran into. Free breakfast is fine. The bed is really firm and uncomfortable. Water pressure is really low. Wifi is non‑existent for a few days (had to follow up several times). The swimming pool is dirty and has exposed wires nearby, which is very unsafe.

The staff compensated for several shortcomings in the facilities. While the resort needs work, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, kudos to them. The internet wasn’t working, the AC wasn’t working, parking was hard to navigate, and the bedroom door didn’t lock.
