Wonderful, fully equipped, clean, rooms tidy and smelling nice, with extra towels and blankets; the reception was excellent, and Mr. Mahmoud at reception was courteous, respectful, polite and welcomed us warmly and with honor – thanks to everyone.

The swimming pool was clean, and the children enjoyed it a lot; we used not only the pool at our house but also the one outside.

The front‑desk staff were excellent and very understanding, but accessing the site was very annoying because it is close to an entertainment centre.
