The staff were excellent and the room had everything we needed plus charming little extras. Having a private car park was a huge plus for us. The room could use a quick refresh soon, though.

Nearby restaurants, Brent Cross Shopping Centre, and Wembley Stadium make it an ideal London base, with easy access to the city centre and airports.

The room was clean and well‑furnished, and the receptionists were warm and welcoming. We asked for an iron and some tea, and they brought them right away. The biggest perk is the location—just a short walk to the train station, which made heading into central London a snap. We rented a car, drove to the hotel, and parked for free. The room’s ventilation was lacking; I wasn’t sure if the air conditioner worked, so we opened the window to get some fresh air.

The staff were super friendly, the room was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic. They went out of their way to make everything great, even calling me to let me know I’d left something behind—such kindness!
