A lovely family‑run spot with amazing hosts who were eager to help with everything, from booking dinners to snow‑lift passes. Kenji even offered to cover our dinner at a local restaurant because we had no cash. 10/10 would return! Breakfast and a small bar were great extras, making the stay delightful.
The young family running the place and the lovely couple who hosted me made for a great experience. It’s close to the slopes and offers excellent value for money.
We had an amazing stay here, so close to everything, and the host was helpful—cannot recommend a better place.

The hosts, Kenji and his family, were fantastic—always ready to assist with anything from dinner to lift pass discounts and shuttles around the mountain. Our rooms stayed warm, the beds were very comfortable and spacious for both of us. The spot was great, right at the bottom of the chairlift, and the gear shop was just 100 m away, cheaper than in town and easy to drop back at the lodging. Walking into town was a pleasant stroll.
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Konayuki. The staff were friendly, the rooms and facilities were spotless, and the proximity to the ski field was perfect. The light breakfast added a nice touch.
