We were very satisfied; the staff were always very kind. Special thanks to Juliana, the cleaning girl, who always left the room perfect. I don’t understand why the place has such a low score on Booking—it deserves so much more.

The property is beachfront. The ocean was a bit dirty with leaves this time of year.

The spot was great, but the front desk was cold when we got in, and everything was in Italian with no details about what the hotel offered. We had an early dive and were told breakfast would be ready, yet when we arrived there was almost nothing—just a croissant for each of us—so we left. I raised the issue, and they said they’d told the kitchen, but the kitchen was late. That was it, just a disgrace.
