I had a terrible experience with the owner and the facilities—no one was present at check‑in, the owner was almost unreachable, and when I called he told me he didn’t have a room even though I’d booked in advance; he ignored all my messages, so I had to find another place to sleep in the middle of the night in a shady area, and the facilities looked unsafe and dirty; save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere; at least I got my refund.

I was really impressed with this place - it was spotless, affordable, and located in a beautiful historic area. Plus, it was just a stone's throw away from the metro station, which made getting around a breeze. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great value in a great location.

We booked two separate rooms for my family and that was really convenient. The rooms were clean and there was always hot water, which was a big plus. The only downside was that it was freezing outside, but the hotel's heating system was pretty good.

Nuel's a great place to stay, but it's not perfect. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, but the noise from the street can be a real problem. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of amenities, but overall it's a decent choice for the price.
