Location. The receptionist was sleeping at the desk. In the booking it says they have a crib for a child, but when I arrived the receptionist didn’t give a crib and my child fell from the bed, and the morning receptionist said they had a crib for a child—what do you think? Plus the room was filled with stinky garbage. In the morning I went down to ask about a late check‑out and the receptionist said they had no rooms, yet outside the entrance there was a sign saying they had free rooms 🤣 I’m sorry to leave a bad review for such a pretty place.

The cleanliness was spot‑on—super clean towels and high‑quality linens! I didn't experience any unpleasant moments.
