The room was compact but comfortable, and the breakfast options in the morning were excellent. The bathroom was functional but small, and the towels had a slightly stale smell as if they hadn’t dried properly; we would have asked for new towels, but we only saw the room staff as we were leaving.

The breakfast was fantastic and the location great, but the internet connection was a bit hit and miss.

The breakfast was fantastic, the linens were good, the shower worked fine, the TV was the right size and positioned well, parking was easy and check‑in was smooth; the room itself was compact but well designed. The only downside was that the restaurant extractor fans were right outside the bedroom window and kept running loudly until after midnight, making it impossible to sleep. It’s a real shame because otherwise the place is very peaceful. The lower window that overlooks the carpark and fan coupling has no frosting, so you have to keep the blind down for privacy, and the lack of frosting also leaves an unattractive view.
