The residence was in an excellent spot within walking distance of all attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a coffee station and a small fridge, plus air conditioning. Management was very accommodating. I arrived at 9 am and they let me in early before the official 3 pm check‑in because the room was vacant and ready. Access to the unit was seamless following their instructions. They also arranged a taxi for my departure when I requested it. There is no elevator and several steps lead to the unit—no problem if your bags aren’t heavy. Daily housekeeping isn’t offered, but a linen kit is provided.

Our stay at Residenza Maglioni in San Pierino was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable, modern, and tastefully decorated. The room has a special charm, with beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling and two windows overlooking a quiet street, making rest perfect. The bathroom is immaculate, spacious, and well equipped, even with a towel radiator. The air conditioning works wonderfully, which is much appreciated in summer. There’s a good fridge, ample cabinets, and plenty of space for luggage and clothes. The location is unbeatable: a few minutes’ walk from all the must‑see spots in Florence, yet on a very quiet street that allows for noise‑free rest. Access is very convenient and communication with the hosts has been excellent. Undoubtedly a fully recommended accommodation. If we return to Florence, we’ll stay here again.

I liked the location and the rooms were clean. We didn’t like that we couldn’t eat properly in the apartment because we didn’t have basic items like plates, a knife, a fork, etc. Regarding the toiletries: the soap was tiny, smaller than what we’ve seen elsewhere. We were two people for three days, so that was ridiculous. You must change or increase the amount.

The room was huge and cozy, even featuring a 4‑person dining table. The décor was charming, with meticulous detail. We liked the two air‑conditioning units, hairdryer, coffee set‑up, and anti‑mosquito device. All windows faced a small interior garden, so street noise was absent, except for the heavy doors when neighbors came in and out. It was only one floor up and easy to reach. The spot is just a 10‑minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. The host’s communication was quick and courteous. We’re already planning to return next time we’re in town! The fridge worked but didn’t keep anything cold.
