“3B , Recomendable.”

The pension was well‑located, the staff attentive, and the cleaning service excellent; sleeping with the window open on a high floor was a delight, and thermal curtains kept the room cool all day despite the street heat. The tram was just a few meters away, making city exploration easy, even on foot. However, the parking was terrible—yellow zones everywhere, no paid spots nearby, which isn’t the pension’s fault but worth noting in the app info. Santa Cruz is generally a parking nightmare, and a small wall‑mounted TV would have been a nice addition.

“Don't reccommend, low standards.”

The front desk guy was friendly and let me in a bit early, which is better than the 17:00 check‑in. The room was clean and close to the city centre, but it faced indoors rather than the road, had intermittent bad odors, was hot, and the small fan made noise. Low water pressure made showers hard, there was no fridge, TV, or elevator to the fourth floor, so I spent more on outside dining and avoided staying inside. It wasn’t a pleasant experience; I wouldn’t recommend it, maybe just for a single night, and it needs more care and upgrades.

Me gustó que me haya esperado el Sr. De la recepción ya que llegue pasada las 23:30 de la noche, y fue muy atento! Asi que agradecida por eso, y el hospedaje fue muy ameno, muy bien para el precio que cobran✨️

“Comodidad”

The location is in the city, a taxi from the Santa Cruz interchange to the inn costs no more than 6 €, the bathroom and room are very clean, and the staff are very friendly; I have nothing negative to say

“buono per qualche giorno”

la struttura è molto semplice, tutto come è mostrato nelle foto. L’accoglienza è davvero ottima, c’era un signore di giorno ed un signore di notte. Entrambi davvero molto gentili e premurosi. Se siete delle ragazze che viaggiano da sole, penso che qui vi troverete al sicuro. La pensione è centralissima e il quartiere è davvero carino. purtroppo l’unica cosa che è stata difficile per me è la vicinanza con le altre stanze. Si sentivano praticamente tutti i rumori che una persona faceva. Porte che sbattono, scatarri, sciacquoni del water. Insomma se avete il sonno leggero ve lo sconsiglio o almeno per tanti giorni
