The people were very friendly, very helpful and correct.
The staff were truly unbeatable – they were great and helped with everything! The hotel has a good restaurant with low prices, excellent Wi‑Fi, and clean rooms. The only downside that lowered my rating was how stuffy the room felt. The AC is right above the bed, so when you turn it on it blows directly at you. Without the AC it’s stuffy; with it, it’s cold. That was the only other drawback.
The staff and price were good. The only negative was that the train station is nearby.

Great location with amazing staff. They even made me a to‑go breakfast when I was heading out early on a tour. Cleanliness was okay.

The standards matched the description, so my expectations were met. The staff were fantastic, both courteous and welcoming. The hotel required payment in dollars (cash) and that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, though management did accept UK pounds as an alternative. The breakfast could offer more variety for Europeans and non‑veg options.
