There was no luggage storage outside the hallway near the motorcycle parking, and you couldn’t bring it into the room. The furnishings were old, and the room key was lost and had to be returned to the desk.

The place is quiet and the room is spacious, but it’s not in the city center, which I knew beforehand; the owner comes across as a bit grumpy.

The room looks about as pictured and there’s parking, but the windows and balcony face a busy street, making it noisy; the administrator was unpleasant and tried to charge me extra for checking out at 12.30 instead of 12, without warning me that it mattered so much to him; read the Google Maps reviews of this motel before booking, and note that Vung Tau isn’t a very interesting town.
