Check‑in was easy, but communication was lacking. Parking locally was very limited.

Mr. Shah is excellent; I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to live here. It’s very close to all shops and within commuting distance of the city centre, so you’ll be happy living with happy people. I found nothing negative to mention.

The bus ride from the city centre took about 20‑25 minutes, and my room was clean and spacious. However, the neighbourhood felt unpleasant, the bathroom and toilet were dirty, and the stairs were the loudest you can imagine—every little movement echoes throughout the house, making it impossible to sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is fairly good, with a direct bus line to the city centre that takes roughly 20‑30 minutes. The house was once decent but now shows a lack of upkeep. Two bathrooms exist, yet only one offers a shower; the water alternates between hot for a minute and cold for the next, creating a pulsating effect, and there’s no insulation, so street cold seeps in. The kitchen is basic, but nobody cooks there because it’s uncomfortable and cleanliness is questionable. The living room and common area contain only a sofa, nothing else. Rooms lack wardrobes or hangers, forcing guests to purchase them. Sound travels inside the rooms; the wooden floor creaks loudly, and if someone walks above or beside my room—or even wakes up at 6 am and steps on the floor—I hear it. The supposed cleaning service never changed my sheets or bedding, even after requests. From day one to day six, a pot of rice remained unwashed in the kitchen, untouched by the cleaning staff for six weeks; they only replaced toilet paper and emptied the trash. The room includes a mini‑fridge, microwave, and television, but nothing beyond the bed. In short, it’s an accommodation that used to be good but now lacks maintenance, clearly just a money‑making venture with no further care.
