The room was compact but comfortable and the location was good. However, there was mould in the bathroom, and someone’s medicine was left behind, so it felt like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned.

A charming country inn with great food and a friendly vibe, perfect as a stopover for various destinations. The only downside is the lack of breakfast, though a list of nearby cafés and restaurants that serve breakfast is provided.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and everything you could possibly need was there; the restaurant was also very good.

The White Horse is a quaint old inn in the Cotswolds, tucked away from the busy tourist spots. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and the accommodation was comfortable, situated in a pleasant courtyard with free parking. The village offers no other amenities, and it’s a bit too far to reach any other town without driving, as the country roads are rather scary; a car is essential to get around.
