The hotel is large, spacious, and fairly new, yet I stayed in a business‑class room that cost 1000 zł per night and still didn’t get decent coffee in the room; there were no basic toiletries like toothbrushes or body lotion in the bathroom. For a 4‑star price point, that’s disappointing, and the pool was a let‑down—men’s and women’s changing areas were mixed, and the whole place had a stale smell everywhere.

The gym was nice and there was a disco, but the pool was too small and you couldn’t buy drinks there, plus the beach area was tiny.

Breakfast was tasty and varied, yet it was packed because of a conference and the service wasn’t always pleasant. The photos mislead; the hotel isn’t worth the price. It’s marketed as family‑friendly, but it really felt like a conference hotel. A big medical conference made it extremely crowded. Many of the kids’ attractions shown in the pictures were closed in September, some had very limited hours, and the better ones cost extra. The pool was small and the water slide tiny—much less impressive than the photos. Food options outside the main meal times were very limited; only one restaurant with a small menu and a bar were available. The worst part was being woken up twice with our kids during their afternoon nap and told we had to check out. I eventually went to reception and learned it was the hotel’s mistake. A key tip: the hotel is huge and our room was about 500 metres from reception. Don’t unload your luggage until you know where your room is—you might be able to drive much closer.
