“Good area for Troy Alabama”
The location worked well for our family gatherings. The hotel advertised itself as dog‑friendly, but that wasn’t our experience: every time my husband and I passed through the lobby we were told we couldn’t leave the dogs in the room and had to bring them with us whenever we left, which made it hard to enjoy our stay or go anywhere without them. The place was also noisy all night, with guests repeatedly slamming doors, so getting a good night’s sleep was difficult. Additionally, one kitchen staff member was quite rude, snapping her fingers at guests to hurry them along, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
The hotel was in a great spot and super comfy.
Nothing good at all, but the rooms were moldy and the staff behaved unprofessionally.
