Our room was clean and ready, but the staff were rude and never returned my deposit. They treated us poorly while other guests were still waiting to check in; our scheduled 3:00 pm arrival didn’t get us into the room until after 4:30 pm. The whole process felt unprofessional, and I couldn’t get a chance to discuss it with anyone.

I told them I’d arrive in the morning, and they said they’d help. When I got there, they said I could check in at 1:00 pm, then later said the check‑in time was 3:00 pm. At the actual check‑in they said it was hard to contact the plant. After everyone else checked in, it was my turn after 4:00 pm. No apology was offered. Unforgettable experience!
