Izvrsna lokacija, osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno, doručak prosječan, u kasnijim terminima doručka neke stvari u ponudi se ne nadopunjuje na stolu. Spa počinje sa radom u 9 ujutro, u 9.15 tamo nema osoblja, sve saune ugašene nisu u funkciji kao ni jacuzzi

The central location is great and the hotel is generally nice. Unfortunately, the pool could be several degrees warmer, it’s hard to get in, and the sauna is only open from 16:00 to 20:00, which clashes with the very early feeding times if you book a package that includes dinner. The dinner itself was also poor, so we would advise against it. The food was so bad that the biggest entertainment for us was an older couple loudly complaining about the quality at the side table, and they even considered canceling a 10‑day stay after day 2. We were only there for one night, so we weren’t given bathrobes and the wellness offers couldn’t be used on short notice. The real shock came a few minutes before checkout, which I had already mentioned to the front desk. A staff member, ignoring a “do not disturb” sign, entered my room without knocking and claimed it smelled of smoke. The hotel has signs warning that a €200 fine will be charged if you smoke in the room. We always smoked outside, and the staff member who didn’t feel responsible at the front desk made me leave for my “breakfast cigarette.” On the way out I told her we were leaving immediately. We resisted these unfounded accusations and suspect a systematic extortion of (outdoor‑smoking) guests. We’ll not recommend this place.

The hotel sits right near all the main spots, the room was really nice, and the breakfast was good.
