The room was on the top floor of a residential building. The entire house was a construction site. It smelled of construction debris and mold in the hallway. The light on the last stair also didn’t work. It was the 3rd or 4th floor. We opened the door and stood in the hallway of an already rented apartment. Across from the entrance was our room. Contrary to the room description, there was no private bathroom. The shared bathroom was heavily soiled. Many hairs in the shower and thick brake strips in the toilet. The sink was completely full of the other tenant’s toiletries. We left immediately. The landlord refused to address anything – even though there is documented evidence of false statements about the room’s furnishings.
